The following list indicates documents required to complete an application file for admission review:

•  Official Notification of GMAT scores***

•  Three Letters of Recommendation – Download form ( pdf )

•  Two copies of official (final) transcripts showing receipt of an undergraduate degree plus two copies of official transcripts from academic institutions in which the student has enrolled but not received a degree.  

All transcripts must be original and contained in a sealed envelope received directly from the institution's registrar office. We cannot accept unofficial copies of transcripts. – Download form ( pdf )

•       Pay the application fee of $55 (make checks payable to Purdue University).

•       Pay the international student fee of $55 (make checks payable to Indiana University ) **

•  For non-native English speakers, a TOEFL* score must be submitted (this can be waived if the student received a bachelor's degree or higher from a country where the official language of instruction is recognized as English).           

*International non-native speakers of English must achieve a TOEFL score of 550 or higher on the paper-based exam or 213 or higher on the computer-based exam. The score must be documented by an official report from Educational Testing Service and can be no more than two years old at the time the application credentials are reviewed.  

**A student will be classified as an international student if she/he holds a bachelor's degree from a country where the language of instruction is not recognized as English. The countries recognized as providing the language of instruction in English are:   Australia , Belize , the British Caribbean or West Indies , Canada (except Quebec ), England , Guyana , Ireland , New Zealand , Scotland , U.S.A. , or Wales .

*** The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is a test of general skills administered in English by the Educational Testing Service (ETS); it is designed to help business schools assess the skills of potential applicants. All degree-seeking students are required to submit GMAT scores; the average GMAT score of Kelley Direct students is 640.

Applicants should register online through www.mba.com to take the GMAT. On test day, applicants will be asked to identify up to five score recipients; please send scores to institution code GKS-8M-09 MBA, Kelley Direct Online.

In addition to registering for the GMAT through www.mba.com , applicants can also access guides and software to help them prepare for the test.
